Another Bicolano restaurant/fastfood chain has opened its new branch in the metro.They started humbly as a “carenderia/turo-turo  in 1976 and well the rest they say is history.

We first met in a blogging event and she was quiet busy with her IPad, tech-y I guess; she was outgoing, fun, friendly, and outspoken.

A petite woman who loves to wear shorts (who would??? if you have legs like hers its a dream come true) named (or aka) Sam Brown.

Well she’s happily married, has three wonderful daughters and is famous in her field. She’s the friendliest of the friendliest I know having tons of friends who she loves and loves her dearly.  She is a certified multi-tasker and let me tell you how and why. I did a little research and a crash interview at  around 12 midnight using the facebook  chatbox and we exchange messages at around 1:00 A.M. Well we’re owls so it’s ok.

First. She is an Event Specialist.

Yes, she’s behind on some successful events in the metro and at some other places too.  But it’s not about the money she said for sometimes she have turned down some, even it costs a lot; she chooses her clients very well for she works with all her heart and soul.

Gabby’s Flights of Fancy

Tablets, IPads, computer games, some of the technologies that has taken over the young minds of this generation.

But not this 14 year old kid in the name of Gabby Basbas whose artistry is quiet remarkable, from the canvass, to the paper and up to the strings of her guitar which clings perfectly to every stroke of her hand.

Pili as the Capital Town in the Province of Camarines Sur, is a cradle to different kind of businesses, small to large scale trade. And one way to enjoy the market is to explore, eat and EAT!!!

Coffee X Pasta X Pastries : The Coffee Pod Cafe

Aside from vanilla and strawberry, one of my favorite is coffee.

Yes I know, it’s bitter. Let’s be honest, the comfort you can get from it replaces the bitter taste into something new, refreshing and rejuvenating.

There were quiet a number of coffee shops in the city of Naga, some of them had already closed and this newly opened cafe takes the risks. The owner, Ms. Shai is very young and talented in the art of cooking even though she didn’t have the formal education on culinary. She is very hands-on with her business and is quiet busy in the kitchen. Yes, she prepares every order with care, passion and finesse to assure that the cafe gives only the best to its costumers.

The Coffee Pod Cafe opened last March 15, 2015. Its pastel colored features from the outside invites goers to take a sneak, a sip and enjoy the rest of their stay that will surely make you come back for more.
