HOW TO JOIN:
Enter the raffle promotion by purchasing a minimum single- receipt purchase of P69 from Thirsty or Fruitfull during the promotion period. Upon purchase, customer shall write his/her information (Complete name, Complete Address, Birthday, Mobile no., Landline & Signature) at the back of his/her receipt. Incomplete info on raffle entries will be voided. Raffle entries should only be dropped at official drop boxes located at all Thirsty and Fruitfull outlets in the Philippines.

Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Prizes cannot be transferred to another but must be claimed by the winner or winners themselves.
Pages Holdings Inc. makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Pages Holdings Inc. will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Grand prize location is at Thirsty Compound, Banilad Road, Cebu City, Philippines and must be claimed at the said address. Shipping to other provinces of the Philippines will be shouldered by the winner.
All local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Pages Holdings has the right to require the prize winner to present authentic proof of payment or settlement of all federal, state, and/or local taxes before delivering the prize to the prize winner.
Failure to comply with the official rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days will be forfeited in favor of Pages Holdings Inc. However, Pages Holdings, Inc. may extend the period to claim the prizes when in its exclusive judgment such extension is justified. If no claimant, Pages Holdings Inc. will send notice to DTI.
To claim the prize, winners must present two (2) valid Govt. issued ID. Pages Holdings, Inc. reserves the right to require additional identification from the claimants or prize winners.
To claim the prize, the claimants or prize winners, in addition to the other requirements, shall sign a statement that the claimants or price winners, upon receipt of the prizes, have no more claims, demands or causes of action against Pages Holdings, Inc. in relation to the promotion.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all residents of the Philippines. Pages Holdings Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are disqualified to enter the raffle promotion or win a prize. Immediate family members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
SELECTION:
The winner(s) of the raffle promotion will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the end of each draw date. The drawing will be conducted by Pages Holdings Inc. representative and a DTI representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winner will be notified by cell phone contact number provided in the entry information after the draw. Potential winner must accept the prize as directed by Pages Holdings Inc. within 60 days of notification. Pages Holdings Inc. is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive cell phone number, technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor his/her cell phone.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted.
PRIVACY:
By entering the Sip & Drive Raffle Promotion, you grant Pages Holdings Inc. permission to share your personally identifiable information for the purpose of administration and prize fulfilment, including use in a publicly available winner’s list only for the Sip & Drive Raffle Promotion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Pages Holdings Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this raffle promotion
